Leeds Beckett University

Year 10 & Year 11 Leeds City Academy sports students have been working in partnership with Student Ambassadors from Leeds Beckett University. Most mentoring is on site at the Academy, but these students were also invited to attend a session at Leeds Beckett University, Headingley Campus.

Students took part in a workshop on sports courses and career progressions. They enjoyed a tour of the sporting facilities including the Carnegie Sports Centre and took part in a practical workshop around Sports Development.
